1. Eligibility for Returns
   • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
   • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
   • Final-sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Start a Return

3. Exchanges
   If you need a different size or color, please initiate an exchange request within 14 days. Exchanges depend on product availability.

4. Refunds
   • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
   • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

6. Return Shipping
   Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
